Use of the app

Claudictive is open beta software provided as-is. Use at your own risk. We make no warranties about uptime, data integrity, or compatibility with any specific game.

Bring your own Claude Code

Claudictive uses the Claude Code login already on your machine. Usage from in-game counts against your Claude plan or API key, and you're responsible for it. We never charge you. Rate limits and quotas are between you and Anthropic.

Acceptable use

Don't use Claudictive to violate game ToS, automate gameplay, or interact with multiplayer game state. The overlay is for chatting with Claude - not for botting or cheating.

Game publisher relationships

Claudictive is built on Overwolf, a sanctioned overlay framework. We do not modify game files, read game memory, or simulate input. Game publishers' Terms of Service still apply when playing their games.

Riot API usage

When using Riot game data, you must comply with the Riot Games API Terms of Service. Claudictive does not currently use the Riot Games API; any future opt-in game-state feature that does will follow those policies.

Liability

Claudictive isn't responsible for game bans, lost progress, or any consequences of using the overlay. Use it during periods where focus on the game isn't critical.

We may update these terms. We'll post updates here and bump the date above.
