Use of the app

Claudictive is provided as-is during the beta period. Use at your own risk. We make no warranties about uptime, data integrity, or compatibility with any specific game.

Bring your own API

You're responsible for your own Claude API costs. We never charge you directly. If you hit rate limits or exceed your usage quota, that's between you and Anthropic.

Acceptable use

Don't use Claudictive to violate game ToS, automate gameplay, or interact with multiplayer game state. The overlay is for chatting with Claude — not for botting or cheating.

Game publisher relationships

Claudictive is built on Overwolf, a sanctioned overlay framework. We do not modify game files, read game memory, or simulate input. Game publishers' Terms of Service still apply when playing their games.

Riot API usage

When using Riot game data, you must comply with the Riot Games API Terms of Service. Claudictive uses the Riot API in accordance with their developer policies.

Liability

Claudictive isn't responsible for game bans, lost progress, or any consequences of using the overlay. Use it during periods where focus on the game isn't critical.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post updates here and bump the date above.
